Moebius Sperimentale is a creative modern restaurant at Via Cappelini 25, Milan, with the MICHELIN Guide listing its cuisine as Creativa, Moderna. [1]
Overview
Carved out of a former textile warehouse, the restaurant is a multifunctional space of contemporary design in a semi-central part of the city. On the ground floor, bistrot and cocktail bar coexist; a few steps up sits a gourmet room of just 12 covers, scenographically suspended in the heart of the venue—six seats are at the counter, to follow the kitchen's work up close. The cooking here is markedly experimental, though always starting from a rigorous selection of quality raw materials. [1]
Dishes & Highlights
There are three tasting paths—Mare, Terra and Libertà—their names evoking the origin of the ingredients. The dishes tell of chef Croatti's creativity, blending personal suggestions with references to past experiences stretching from Romagna to Spain. Service is attentive but never stilted, keeping an informal tone, with the chef himself happy to talk with guests. [1]
