Procaccini is a modern restaurant at Via Giulio Cesare Procaccini 33, Milan, with the MICHELIN Guide listing its cuisine as Moderna, Contemporanea. [1]
Overview
Chef Emin Haziri, born in Kosovo and raised in Italy with important professional experiences behind him, now signs a line of contemporary, personalized cooking. Alongside the most creative and imaginative proposals there is another track of seafood crudi, from oysters to caviar, from Sicilian red prawns to scampi. The elegant, refined dining room—with harmonious colors and fine furnishings—features an open kitchen and a marble counter with velvet stools. The restaurant also has a cocktail-bar soul: guests are seated for a welcome aperitivo on arrival, then led to their tables with live piano-and-voice music playing in the background. Compliments, too, to the able Eduardo, sommelier and maître, who will guide you through a wine list that is not vast but well devised. [1]
