Nhome (Nhome) is a creative-cuisine restaurant located at 41 rue de Montpensier in Paris's 1st arrondissement[1].

Overview

The MICHELIN Guide describes the French-Israeli chef Matan Zaken as breaking the codes: long a nomad, for a time private chef to great couture houses, he passed through Frenchie in London, the George V with Christian Le Squer and Saturne with Sven Chartier; he now welcomes guests in an astonishing vaulted cellar facing the Palais-Royal. In a warm atmosphere around a single table d'hôtes, he unfolds a "Scandinavian-format" menu revealing creative cuisine with multiple influences (notably Japan and the Middle East) and varied techniques (low temperature, binchotan, fermentations, brine...). Attentive service.[1]
