Ogata (Ogata) is a Japanese-cuisine restaurant located at 16 rue Debelleyme in Paris's 3rd arrondissement (Le Marais)[1].

Overview

The MICHELIN Guide describes Ogata as a temple dedicated to the Japanese art of living, installed in a private mansion in the Marais and signed by a true contemporary aesthete, designer Shinichiro Ogata. The rather traditional Japanese cuisine follows the spirit of omakase, with a tasting menu composed of quality seasonal products (the sashimis are outstanding). The best seats are at the counter. The journey can be continued through the boutique and the art gallery.[1]
