Overview

An elevator from the ground floor leads to one of the city's most scenic rooftop gardens: a terrace facing directly onto the Colosseum, enclosed and covered in winter so it can be enjoyed in every season; to the right opens the view of the Domus Aurea, and in the distance one can glimpse a corner of the Altare della Patria and the dome of St Peter's. Chef Giuseppe Di Iorio, with long experience here and at other prestigious hotels in Rome and abroad, builds his menu from Roman classics, Campanian references and more contemporary creations. ^[1]
