Overview
T3 Go (T3出行) is a smart mobility ecosystem platform built by Nanjing Lingxing Technology Co., Ltd. It was initiated by China FAW Group, Dongfeng Motor Group and Chongqing Changan Automobile, with joint investment from internet companies including Tencent and Alibaba. Founded in 2019, it provides ride-hailing and related mobility services under the mission of "technology-led, enjoyable mobility".
Scale and results
Its prospectus shows that as of 2025 T3 Go covered 194 cities nationwide and completed about 797 million orders in the year, ranking third in China's ride-hailing market. Total revenue grew from RMB 14,896 million in 2023 to RMB 17,109 million in 2025, and the company turned profitable for the first time in 2025 with net profit of RMB 7.44 million. In that year 85.9% of orders came from aggregator platforms such as Amap and Tencent Mobility. In 2026 the company filed its prospectus with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Robotaxi
Unlike asset-heavy self-operated models, T3 Go follows an "operations platform plus technology partner" model: it draws on the vehicle manufacturing capabilities of FAW, Dongfeng and Changan, brings in external autonomous driving technology, and concentrates on operations dispatch, user service and compliance. Its in-house "Lingxing Qianmo" large model cut driver deadheading by 17.5%, and it has deployed more than 300 Robotaxi test vehicles in Nanjing and Suzhou.
