Overview

Opened in 2015 by chef/owner Jeremiah Langhorne, the restaurant works with farmers, purveyors and watermen to source the best ingredients of the Mid-Atlantic, showcasing their quality and diversity; some herbs come from its own rooftop garden. The centerpiece of the open kitchen is a roughly ten-foot wood-burning hearth, cooking over embers as a nod to the region's historic food culture.
