Overview
Frédéric Simonin grew up among fine tables and great chefs, from Ledoyen to the Meurice and via Joël Robuchon, before being named Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2019. Farewell to black-and-white and geometric lines: he has created a place truly his own, all parquet, white walls and bevelled mirrors — a "Parisian apartment", in his words — that perfectly suits his precise, fine and just cooking, with a special mention for the juices and sauces. Multi-sequence tasting menus come with inventive touches, the lunch formula is excellent, and the wines by the glass are handsome[1].
Honours
The restaurant is on the starred list for central Paris in the MICHELIN Guide France 2025. [2]
