Pages is a restaurant at 4 rue Auguste Vacquerie in Paris' 16th arrondissement, run by chef Ryuji Teshima (Teshi). [2][4]
Overview
The official pages do not state a cuisine category, so none is assigned here. The restaurant's own website recounts the chef's background; its produce page lists 60-day aged Simmental beef, Brittany lobster, and seasonal vegetables such as radishes grown by Annie Bertin. [2][3][4]
The Chef
Teshi earned a dual diploma in cuisine and sommellerie in Japan, started out in French restaurants in Tokyo, then trained in France at Les Berceaux in Épernay and at Lucas Carton in Paris. To deepen his knowledge of produce, he spent nearly three years of Saturdays at Hugo Desnoyer's butcher shop studying meat and butchery, then ran the fish counter at Terroirs d'Avenir on rue du Nil in Paris. In the summer of 2014 he and pastry chef-sommelière Naoko Oishi opened Pages together — Teshi in the kitchen, Naoko in the dining room and at pastry. [4]
Menu Highlights
The official reservation page lists the lunch Menu Déjeuner at 75€ and Menu Découverte at 115€, and in the evening the Menu Dégustation at 170€ and Menu PAGES at 260€, with supplements such as caviar (35€) and Wagyu two ways (50€). [2]
Honours
The restaurant is included in the Paris starred list of the MICHELIN Guide France 2025. [1]
