Chiikawa (ちいかわ なんか小さくてかわいいやつ) is a web manga that Nagano has serialized on X since January 2020. It follows small creatures who work, sit exams and go on adventures, setting a cute drawing style against a world with real survival pressure.
Kodansha began publishing collected volumes in February 2021, and a television anime aired on Fuji TV's Mezamashi TV slot from April 2022, animated by Doga Kobo. The first feature film opened in July 2026. Character licensing is handled by the rights management company SpiralCute, and the official online store Chiikawa Market is run by Gray Parka Service.
