Ryunosuke Naito 与 Kwen Liew 于 2011 年在餐厅 Antoine 相识：他是曾在巴黎 Taillevent、Le Meurice 等名店受训的日本人，她是马来西亚人。夫妇二人在 Champ-de-Mars 附近经营这家格调简净的餐厅——浅色木条与 Knoll 椅构成含蓄、亲密而温暖的空间，恰如其人。两人四手联袂，在灶台前呈现风味浓郁的市集料理，为法国传统做出一次可口的翻新。^[1]
